As a Jidea maintenance customer, you will receive direct software support from the software manufacturer. Our professional product support staff understands the demanding needs of our customers. The service process is speeded up by our product support personnel’s knowledge of construction project stages and terminology.
Our customer service can quickly provide you with answers to all software-related questions. As a novelty, we also offer remote maintenance service through a secure Internet connection. With your consent we can, for example, change the settings of your JCAD software without having to come to you. Our customer service also ensures that all deliveries are sent to the customers as soon as possible.
